Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Delivery. We ship worldwide. Most orders arrive in under two weeks from dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination, and customs processing on international orders can add time beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150.

Pre-orders. Some pieces — including our denim collections — are sold as pre-orders. A pre-order reserves your piece in the first production run. Pre-orders are currently expected to ship in the fall. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: production timelines on made-to-order garments can move, and a pre-order date is subject to change. If a run is delayed, we will email you with an updated window. Placing a pre-order means you accept that the ship date may shift. If your order contains both a pre-order piece and an in-stock piece, the whole order ships together when the pre-order is ready, unless you email us to request otherwise.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order dispatches. You can also track your order any time from the Track Your Order link in our menu.

Delays outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Delivery estimates are estimates only. Once we hand a package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.

Returns. Every F.A.M.E. X piece is made to order. Please read our Refund Policy — it covers returns, defects, damage, and the EU cooling-off period in full.
